He is also on the board of several consulting companies in the space of Business Intelligence as well as software services and is responsible for chairing their strategy. He is a seasoned leader with 25 years of management experience working for companies such as HP, SGI and DEC.

He has co-founded and invested in several start-ups and led them to successful exits creating gains for employees, management and investors. He is currently CEO of Umundo Corporation. Together with the CXO's helps formulate key strategy for products and business platforms.

Shaheer Ahmed is a successful serial entrepreneur and brings profound personal knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the Wireless Industry. Prior to Umundo, he has founded several start-ups including mBlazon Solutions, Lambent Technologies and LocationGuru.

Shaheer was instrumental in establishing Lambent as a premier outsourced product development firm in the wireless domain leading to the acquisition by GlobalLogic.

He brings with him a unique combination of excellent business vision and efficient technical execution given his years of experience managing development teams earlier in his career.

Vadim Berko was the Technology Head EcomLive (which was acquired by Infospace). He has over 20 year software industry experience in internet and mobile space.

Vadim is a highly experienced Architect specializing in Object Oriented Design, Analysis and Programming with extensive background in the full life cycle of software development process as well as rapid development. Proven track record of designing, implementing, and successfully delivering products.

He is very experienced in major programming languages and technologies, operating hardware and software.

Mohd Reezan has been involved in IT startups ever since his youth. From this first Enprix International which he founded in polytechnic and was later acquired by Motorola. He moved on to pursue a degree from London School of Economics and a career in Finance before moving on to endeavours in the IT and Sports Industry.

From the world of corporate finance, Reezan moved to a career in Apple where he worked in product marketing and was responsible for the successful launch of the iPod in Asia. From Apple he moved along to the F1 Powerboating franchise where he was directly responsible for the growth of F1 Powerboating in MENA and Asia.

During this time, he founded a system integration and hardware supply company, Cybertrinity.com which was later acquired by RTV Computers of Perth Australia. Overall he has managed a P&L portfolio of over 10 Million USD and has developed and extensive global network of business contacts in Advertising, Technology and Entertainment.

Recently Reezan and his team from Comiverse managed to develop a new platform for the electronic distribution of e-comics which he has sold it over to Marvel Comics.
