Business Development Manager

Job Description :
A dynamic professional, confident in communication and presentation skills with MBA (Marketing) having minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT industry. Must be independently able to make Marketing & Business development strategies, marketing collateral, action plans for properly positioning Media based IT Products in the market.

Responsibilities :
1. Identify, meet, build relationships with, and negotiate with potential clients by direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls or by way of emails to achieve business objectives.
2. Responsible for making content presentations according to different end users.
3. Identify and acquire new content from existing or new content providers based on analytical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
4. Be aware of and take part in marketing activities.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and be able to satisfy the majority of the following:
1. Creative, confident, pragmatic and effective in negotiations.
2. High level of presentation and communication skills both in person, by phone/email, during meetings and events.

Experience with SMTP and IMAP mail servers, DNS (internal & external), network and site deployments, VMWare and ESX is highly desired.

Software Architect / Team Lead (J2EE)

Job Description
1. The candidate should have experience between 5 to 8 years in predominantly J2EE Technologies preferably with a product development background.
2. Should have played the role of a technical architect and should have independently architected a minimum of 2 complex/large scale projects/products using J2EE Technologies.
3. Responsible for developing the architectural approach and overseeing design / implementation of large scale rich media distribution platform and content management solutions.
4. Must be thorough with the product development life cycle.

Qualifications : BE / B Tech and Above

Desired Profile
1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience working with J2EE products.
2. Participate in project scope definition and requirements definition
3. Determine product technology and architecture.
4. Set development guidelines and manage code reviews/walkthroughs.
5. Write/review requirements and design documents.
6. Should be able to guide junior developers on best practices in developing applications using java /j2ee technologies.

Skills :
1. Should be familiar with standard web-application frameworks and technologies including but not limited to :-
> Hibernate
> SQL
> REST, XML/XSL, JSON, AJAX
> Deployment Technologies : ANT
> Linux/ Unix > Java 1.5 (Annotations, Generics)
> IDEs : IntellijIDEA, My SQL
2. Must have Experience in Design Patterns (GOF Patterns, J2EE Design Patterns) Up to High Level/Low Level Designing Open Source frameworks & Technologies.
3. Must have excellent team management skills.
